Alex grew up in the British Virgin Islands and is a licensed U.S. Coast Guard Captain with extensive experience as a charter boat captain before obtaining his law degree.   His practice concentrates on travel, tourism and admiralty issues where he has more than 15 years experience defending cruise lines, resorts, and other travel entities.
