ABOUT:

Alex grew up in the British Virgin Islands and is a licensed U.S. Coast Guard Captain with extensive experience as a charter boat captain in the Caribbean before obtaining his law degree.   His practice concentrates on travel, tourism and admiralty issues where he has more than 20 years experience defending cruise lines, resorts, and other travel entities. He routinely works on matters involving claims of negligent shipboard medical care, negligent security and a wide array of passenger and crew injury and death claims.
