Michael is a partner in our litigation practice. He specializes in representing cruise lines and tourism related entities in complex personal injury litigation and foreign arbitrations. He has more than ten years experience defending passenger and crew claims with a special emphasis in claims of assault and negligent security, medical malpractice, and catastrophic injury. He routinely handles cruise line crew arbitration matters in Bermuda, the Bahamas, Panama and elsewhere throughout the world.
